Description

Lead the Onboarding 2.0 project and manage end-to-end integration lifecycles for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and OnBase systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase.
• Configure standard integrations and develop custom solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Perform all levels of testing, monitor integration health, and document technical processes.
• Coordinate development efforts, provide knowledge transfer, and train resources.
• Support end-users and participate in project planning and technical meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• 5+ years of experience using SuccessFactors Integration Center for Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM.
• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding processes.
• Experience with SuccessFactors APIs and third-party integration systems like Informatica or SAP PO.
• Experience sending documents from SuccessFactors to document management systems like OnBase.
• Experience transferring Onboarding data to external HRIS systems, specifically SAP ECC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certifications.
• Experience working with SAP PO.
• ABAP development experience.
