Description

Own end-to-end testing for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, ensuring accuracy in complex configurations and custom ABAP objects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, covering custom Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), schema modifications, and ABAP reports.
• Build and run functional test scenarios for time evaluation, quota processing, and retroactive payroll, validating results against business rules and collective agreements.
• Manage regression test coverage for payroll and time processes impacted by configuration or development changes.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA to reduce manual effort and accelerate regression cycles.
• Log and triage defects, working with functional and ABAP teams to validate fixes, while managing test data for complex retroactive scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM testing, specifically in Time Management and Payroll.
• Deep knowledge of Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), schema modifications, and standard reports like RPTIME00 and RPTQTA00.
• Proficiency with TOSCA or equivalent test automation tools for SAP applications.
• Experience executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Ability to prepare and manage test datasets for multiple payroll areas and personnel subgroups.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
