Description

You will manage the delivery, configuration, and production support of enterprise SAP HCM and Benefits solutions, including integrated third-party systems. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and ABAP developers for incident support and guide entry-level analysts and third-party contractors.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP ECC HCM, Benefits, and SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.
• Gather and analyze requirements from process owners to document functional specifications and recommend solutions.
• Manage service pack updates and maintain ITSM policy and procedures.
• Provide application support and project delivery to business process owners.
• Evaluate risk and escalate issues to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional SAP ECC HCM, Benefits, and SuccessFactors project and production support experience.
• 1-3 years of SAP S4 Hana experience.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Foundation, Performance/Goals, Jam Collaboration, and Succession/Development.
• Deep knowledge of HCM and Benefits business processes, including HR Master Data.
• Experience with SAP ECC HCM and Benefits integration with other SAP modules and third-party vendors.
• Hands-on experience with ESS/MSS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of the construction or mining industries.
• Experience working with unions.
