Description

You will be an SAP HR ABAP Consultant responsible for custom development and integration within SAP HR and SuccessFactors environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance custom infotypes based on specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain interfaces for data exchange between SAP HR/SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow across HR systems.
• Align all development activities with SAP best practices and coding standards.
• Work extensively within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP HR.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming.
• Expertise in data dictionary concepts, function modules, and smart forms.
• Experience with SAP HR Modules, specifically Payroll.
• Strong background in SAP ABAP.
• Consulting background is preferred.
