Description

You will own custom development and integration within SAP HR and SuccessFactors environments.

You will be on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance custom infotypes based on specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain interfaces for data exchange between SAP HR/SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow across HR systems.
• Align all development activities with SAP best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP HR.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including data dictionary concepts, function modules, and smart forms.
• Experience with SAP HR Modules, specifically Payroll.
• Strong background in SAP ABAP.

Preferred Skills

• Consulting background.
