Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the SAP HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance custom infotypes to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain interfaces for data exchange between SAP HR/SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow across HR systems.
• Align development with SAP best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP HR.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming.
• Expertise in data dictionary concepts, function modules, and smart forms.
• Experience working extensively with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll.
• Strong consulting background preferred.
