You will develop and maintain custom solutions within the SAP HR environment, ensuring accurate data flow across HR systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance custom infotypes to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain interfaces for data exchange between SAP HR/SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll.
• Align development with SAP best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow across HR systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP HR.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming.
• Expertise in data dictionary concepts, function modules, and smart forms.
• Experience working extensively with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll.

Preferred Skills

• Strong consulting background.
