Description

You will develop and maintain custom solutions within the SAP HR landscape, focusing on data exchange between SAP HR/SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance custom infotypes to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain interfaces for data exchange between SAP HR/SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow across HR systems.
• Align development activities with SAP best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP HR.
• Proficiency in ABAP Programming, specifically SAP ABAP HR.
• Experience with SAP HR Modules, including Payroll.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration.
• Experience with data dictionary concepts, function modules, and smart forms.

Preferred Skills

• Strong consulting background.
