Description

You will design, develop, and customize RICEF objects using ABAP HR within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments. You own the end-to-end implementation of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom infotypes, reports, interfaces, and forms to meet specific business requirements.
• Build and manage data replication between SAP HR/SuccessFactors and ECC/ECP payroll systems using point-to-point and Business Integration Builder (BIB) methods.
• Implement enhancements using BAdIs, user exits, and function modules to extend standard SAP functionalities.
• Debug and resolve issues related to employee data replication and payroll processing accuracy.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP HR and a strong consulting background.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including data dictionary concepts, function modules, and OOABAP with ABAP 7.4+ syntax.
• Deep understanding of SAP HR modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY).
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with ECC/ECP payroll systems, including OData APIs and SAP Cloud Integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Core Data Services (CDS) views.
• Proficient in developing Remuneration Statements using SAP Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
• Experience designing custom Remote Function Calls (RFCs) and integrating SAP HR with external non-SAP systems.
• Successfully completed at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certified Associate - Back-End Developer - ABAP Cloud certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
