You will provide functional support for SAP HR processes covering the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for H2R processes, including recruitment, onboarding, organizational management, personnel administration, time management, and payroll integration.
Manage configuration changes and enhancements to meet evolving HR business needs.
Handle day-to-day production issues, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.
Configure organizational structures, employee subgroups, time types, absence quotas, wage types, and relevant personnel actions.
Collaborate with HR business users to gather requirements, provide process guidance, and conduct user training.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in SAP HR/HCM with deep understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes.
Functional knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and HR Master Data.
Experience working in AMS/production support environments.
Understanding of SAP HR integration with Payroll, FI, and other SAP modules.
Exposure to SAP Travel Management processes and configuration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Hcm, Ams, Successfactors, Ec, and Pmgm.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SAP ESS/MSS and workflows.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration (EC, PMGM).
Understanding of HR reporting tools (Ad Hoc Queries, SAP HR Reports).
