Description

Design, configure, and implement SAP US Payroll functionality to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop functional specifications and design documents for SAP US Payroll processes.
• Partner with developers to design RICEFs and oversee unit and functional testing.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects to ensure delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Perform system maintenance including support packs, enhancement packs, BSI, and payroll year-end activities.
• Troubleshoot complex interfaces connecting to downstream benefits systems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP HR environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP US Payroll: Taxation, Earnings, Deductions, BSI Tax Factory, W2, and Tax Reporter.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Payroll Schema, Rules, Custom PY Functions, and Features.
• Proven experience supporting at least two end-to-end SAP US Payroll implementations.
• In-depth understanding of HR Payroll Execution processes, Time Infotypes, Benefits Infotypes, and Finance table integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll-based interfaces and reports.
• Strong understanding of benefits plans and integrations with vendors such as 401K, Deferred Comp, H&W, and Union PHW.
• Ability to lead engagements with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Time Management modules, Core HR, and Talent Management.
