Description

Manage SAP HR functional processes and lead testing for file transfer mechanisms between local environments and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management, Payroll Accounting, and Organizational Management.
• Conduct testing of file transfer mechanisms to middleware including Seeburger and MessageWay.
• Validate file integrity, format, and content post-transfer to ensure accuracy.
• Perform integration and regression testing to guarantee seamless functionality between systems.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and document results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HR functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in writing test cases and executing integration and regression testing.
• Capability to perform validation across different servers and platforms.
• Experience testing file transfer processes and Unix shell scripts.
• Familiarity with FTP protocols, vi editor, and file formatting/validation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Shell scripting.
• Experience with Seeburger or MessageWay servers.
