Key Responsibilities:
✔️ SAP HR/HCM requirement gathering and solution design
✔️Configuration of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll (India)
✔️End-to-end SAP HR implementation and support activities
✔️Payroll processing and statutory compliance handling
✔️Preparation of FRS, test scripts, and user documentation
✔️Collaboration with ABAP, BASIS, Security, and business teams
✔️Handling AMS/support tickets, change requests, and enhancements
✔️Conducting workshops with stakeholders
🔷 Required Skills:
✔️Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR modules
✔️Expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll
✔️Knowledge of Indian payroll & statutory compliance
✔️Experience in SAP HR integrations (FI / third-party systems)
✔️Strong analytical and communication skills
🔷 Preferred:
✔️SAP HCM Certification
✔️Experience in manufacturing / EPC / infrastructure domains
✔️Exposure to S/4HANA HR or SuccessFactors integration
Bachelor's degree
