Description

You will lead SAP HR/HCM requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation for Indian payroll and statutory compliance. You will configure PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll modules while handling AMS tickets, enhancements, and stakeholder workshops.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP HR modules including PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll (India).
• Drive end-to-end SAP HR implementation, support activities, and solution design.
• Manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and change requests.
• Prepare functional requirement specifications (FRS), test scripts, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, Security, and business teams to resolve AMS tickets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR modules.
• Deep expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll rules and statutory compliance.
• Experience with SAP HR integrations (FI and third-party systems).
• Ability to conduct workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HCM Certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, EPC, or infrastructure domains.
• Exposure to S/4HANA HR or SuccessFactors integration.
