Description

You will lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead SuccessFactors requirements gathering, gap analysis, and business process design.
• Conduct customer workshops, system demonstrations, and manage unit testing, UAT, and parallel testing cycles.
• Design and implement SuccessFactors-ERP enhancements and corrections.
• Provide post go-live hypercare support and resolve system or process issues for users.
• Monitor SAP technical components including batch jobs, interfaces, and messaging.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SAP HR environments.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience performing system health checks and training business users.
• Ability to review quarterly releases and integrate new features.
• Proven track record in requirement feasibility analysis and estimation.
• Any Graduate degree.
