Description

You will manage the configuration and maintenance of SAP HR and Payroll systems within live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, and debug Payroll and HR modules (Master Data, Benefits, Org. Management) in ECC 5.0 or higher.
• Write functional specifications and detailed configuration documentation.
• Analyze, design, and document interface specifications.
• Perform unit testing for configurations, interfaces, forms, and reports.
• Develop and execute integration test scripts to validate system functionality.
• Collaborate with customers to verify designs and obtain testing sign-offs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP configuration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 5.0 or higher.
• Deep knowledge of Payroll configuration and debugging in production systems.
• Expertise in HR Master Data, Benefits, and Organizational Management.
• Experience with interface analysis and design.
• Ability to author and execute integration test scripts.
• Experience documenting functional specifications and interface requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
