Description

You will manage the configuration and maintenance of SAP HR and Payroll systems within live production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, and debug Payroll and HR modules including Master Data, Benefits, and Org. Management in ECC 5.0 or higher.
• Write functional specifications and detailed configuration documentation for system changes.
• Analyze, design, and document interface specifications for integration points.
• Perform unit testing for configurations, interfaces, forms, and reports.
• Develop and execute integration test scripts to validate system functionality and obtain testing sign-offs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Payroll configuration and debugging in production systems.
• Expertise in HR Master Data, Benefits, and Organizational Management.
• Proficiency with SAP ECC 5.0 or higher.
• Experience with interface analysis and design.
• Ability to author and execute integration test scripts.
• Experience documenting functional specifications and interface requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
