Key Responsibilities:
Administer U.S. benefits programs and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Manage payroll and benefits for a population of 79 employees across multiple states.
Oversee the end-to-end payment cycle, including reconciliation and timely disbursements.
Provide hypercare support during payroll and benefits processes and transitions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Set clear targets, monitor timelines, and drive accountability in deliverables.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
