Description

You will manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations using SAP HR, ensuring compliance and accurate disbursements for a workforce of 79 employees across multiple states.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. benefits programs and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll payment cycle, including reconciliation and timely disbursements.
• Provide hypercare support during payroll and benefits processes and transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee payroll and benefits for 79 employees across multiple states.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management.
• Expertise with SAP HR.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing benefits programs.
• Experience overseeing payment cycles and reconciliation.
• Any Graduate degree.
