You configure and maintain SAP ECC HR modules to support business needs and streamline HR processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP ECC HR modules to support evolving business needs.
• Implement workflow-driven solutions to streamline HR processes and reduce manual entry.
• Execute unit, integration, and UAT for system changes and enhancements.
• Monitor and improve data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and user guides.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with SAP ECC HR Modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience optimizing SAP HR System Workflows for automation.
• 3+ years of experience with HR/payroll processes and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FLSA).
• 3+ years of experience in data validation and integrity monitoring across HR systems.
• 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and position-driven access.
• Experience supporting audit and compliance reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FISMA, and InfoSec policies.
• Experience with industry standard information security practices (PHI, PII).
