Description

Lead testing for SAP HR functional modules and middleware file transfer processes. Own the quality assurance lifecycle from test planning through deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios for SAP HR environments.
• Conduct thorough testing of file transfer mechanisms to middleware platforms like Seeburger and MessageWay.
• Validate file integrity, format, and content post-transfer to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform integration and regression testing to guarantee seamless functionality between systems.
• Document test results, identify defects, and suggest improvements to file transfer processes.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Functional expertise in SAP HR: Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, Payroll Accounting, and Organizational Management.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience testing file transfer processes and Unix shell scripts.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test scripts across different servers and platforms.
• Knowledge of FTP protocols, Unix shell scripting, and the vi editor.
• Ability to perform file formatting and validation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
