You will provide functional and technical expertise for SAP HR/HCM solutions, focusing on talent management processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR solutions with a focus on talent management processes.
• Configure and manage modules including Recruiting, Performance, Succession, and Assessment.
• Work directly with logical database info types to support HR data requirements.
• Provide functional guidance throughout the talent management lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HR/HCM functional consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Talent Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Recruiting, Performance, Succession, and Assessment modules.
• Practical experience working with logical database info types.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
