Description

You will develop and support SAP modules within the AppleCare project landscape, managing repairs, service notifications, warranties, and sales workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Repairs, Service Notifications, Warranty, Contracts, and Sales and Distribution workflows.
• Create functional specifications for RICEF objects and implement complex business concepts.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between SAP and non-SAP teams, including PLC phases between onsite and offshore groups.
• Analyze project requirements and manage complex technical lifecycles.
• Debug ABAP code and ensure proactive stakeholder interaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP development.
• Proficiency in SAP SD, SAP SM, and SAP ABAP.
• Experience reading and debugging ABAP code.
• Working knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Hybris/BRIM.
• Experience with BRF+, SAP Portal, and interfaces.
• Strong communication skills for technical coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large-scale service and distribution projects.
