Description

Implement and optimize supply chain and procurement solutions using SAP Integrated Business Planning and SAP Ariba.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Configure and deploy SAP Ariba solutions for Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs.
• Integrate SAP IBP and Ariba with S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from blueprinting and configuration through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration and demand/supply planning.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP Ariba sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
• Proficiency with SAP Fiori apps and CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Working knowledge of data integration frameworks.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management and strategic sourcing processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with S/4HANA integration.
• Experience in change management and business process optimization.
• Industry exposure in Manufacturing, Retail, or Life Sciences.
