Description

You will serve as the SAP IBP Business Systems Analyst, bridging business requirements with technical configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements by conducting workshops, interviews, and observations to define business needs.
• Configure and support SAP IBP modules, including Demand, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.
• Develop and execute test plans, performing root-cause analysis for identified issues.
• Create training materials and deliver enablement sessions for end-users.
• Lead collaboration across business operations, IT, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in SAP IBP or SAP APO roles, including life-cycle implementations.
• Experience integrating IBP with SAP ECC/S/4HANA via CPI-DS.
• Strong domain knowledge in planning processes (Demand, S&OP, Supply, Inventory).
• Familiarity with SAP IBP and APO.
• Experience collaborating with Business Stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• Proven analytical, communication, and stakeholder facilitation abilities.
