Key Skills: SAP IBP, Implementation, HANA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and configure SAP IBP solutions aligned with demand, supply, inventory, and sales and operations planning requirements.
• Lead requirement analysis, solution workshops, fit-gap assessments, and functional design activities.
• Develop and maintain planning models, key figures, planning areas, master data, and supply chain processes within SAP IBP.
• Coordinate integration and data flow requirements between SAP IBP and connected enterprise systems.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, user enablement, and post-go-live stabilization.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 20 years of relevant SAP supply chain planning and consulting experience, with substantial SAP IBP experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and the ability to convert business requirements into SAP IBP designs.
• Experience with SAP IBP configuration, planning areas, key figures, master data, and planning operators.
• Ability to manage end-to-end consulting engagements, including requirements, design, testing, cutover, and production support.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP IBP implementation programs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, supply chain, or a related discipline is preferred
