Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant / Business Solutions Architect with strong expertise in supply chain planning, SAP IBP solution design, configuration, integration, and high-volume planning environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP IBP solution architecture, design, configuration, and optimization
• Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning / Response & Supply, and Inventory Optimization
• Design scalable planning solutions for high-volume, exception-driven environments
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable SAP IBP solutions
• Evaluate standard IBP capabilities and identify appropriate configuration, enhancements, workarounds, or alternative solutions
• Define and optimize planning areas, key figures, master data, attributes, and planning models
• Support integration between SAP IBP, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and external systems
• Troubleshoot planning, integration, and data-flow issues across systems
• Support UAT, testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live optimization
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Architecture, Data, and implementation teams.

Required Skills
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation, consulting, or solution architecture experience
• Strong experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning
• Experience with Supply Planning / Response & Supply and/or Inventory Optimization
• Advanced ATP (aATP) experience required
• Backorder Processing experience required
• Global ATP (GATP) experience required
• Experience supporting high-volume supply chain and exception-management environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP planning models, key figures, master data, and planning areas
• Experience with CPI-DS, SDI, and/or RTI
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution-design skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
• Experience in Parts, Aftermarket, Distribution, or Manufacturing environments
• Large-scale supply chain or ERP transformation experience
• Multi-ERP or ERP consolidation experience
• Experience with complex fulfillment, allocation, availability, shortage, and backorder scenarios
• Experience with enterprise analytics, data lake, or advanced reporting environments
• Experience working with globally distributed implementation teams
