Description

You will own the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP IBP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation of SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, designing planning models and master data structures.
• Configure integrations between SAP IBP and SAP ECC/S4HANA using CPI-DS and develop planning models.
• Enhance planning accuracy by applying advanced analytics for demand/supply forecasting and managing inventory optimization.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration, and UAT to validate solution integrity.

Required Skills

• 4–10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning, including at least 2 full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBP for Demand, IBP for Inventory, IBP for Supply and Response, IBP for S&OP, or IBP Control Tower.
• Solid understanding of SAP HANA, CPI-DS, and the Excel-based IBP UI.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with ECC/S4HANA or other planning tools.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting models, supply network planning, and inventory management processes.
• Expertise in SAP IBP, SAP Supply Chain, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills focused on business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
