Are you an experienced SAP IBP professional looking for a flexible remote freelance opportunity? We are hiring 5 SAP IBP Consultants to join a global implementation team delivering large-scale supply chain transformation programs for leading retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects

Gather business requirements and design scalable planning solutions

Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including:

Demand Planning

Supply Planning

Inventory Optimization

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

Control Tower

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders

Design planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators

Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems

Support master data design and migration activities

Collaborate with technical and business teams during testing and go-live

Create functional specifications and solution documentation

Support pre-sales and solution estimation activities

Required Skills

Must Have

4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience

Strong expertise in at least two SAP IBP modules:

Demand Planning

Supply Planning

S&OP

Inventory Optimization

Control Tower

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integrations

Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes

Experience conducting client workshops and requirement gathering

Expertise with SAP IBP Excel Add-In and planning views

Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

SAP IBP Response & Supply (R&S) experience

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

SAP BW/4HANA

SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite

SAP IBP Certification

Agile / SAFe project experience

Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences industries
