Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects for global retail clients, designing scalable supply chain planning solutions. This role involves configuring core modules, integrating with ERP systems, and conducting workshops to gather business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects for large-scale supply chain transformations.
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Design planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators while supporting master data design and migration.
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Create functional specifications, solution documentation, and support pre-sales estimation activities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integrations.
• Proficiency with SAP IBP Excel Add-In and planning views.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and master data management.
• Ability to conduct client workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
• Strong English communication skills for international client exposure.

Preferred Skills

• SAP IBP Response & Supply (R&S) experience.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP CPI.
