Description

Lead full lifecycle SAP IBP solution implementations and drive integrated supply chain processes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations, including design, build, test, and deployment.
• Manage end-to-end S&OP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning business processes.
• Direct team members and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop detailed task plans to meet project milestones using standard implementation methodologies.
• Manage stakeholders and engage directly with business teams to align technical solutions with requirements.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of total IT/software industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP S&OP and/or Control Tower implementation and operations.
• Deep functional knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning.
• Expertise in configuring planning areas, planning levels, key figures, calculations, versions, and time profiles.
• Experience maintaining master data, attributes, reason codes, and global configuration parameters.
• Knowledge of CPI DS for data transfer enablement.
• Proven experience leading at least one full lifecycle SAP IBP project implementation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Dell Boomi.
• Experience with Oracle ERP integrations or Hi-Tech/Telecom domain expertise.
• Proficiency with Jira and SAP Enable Now.
