Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and enhancements for Demand Planning and Supply Planning.

Responsibilities

• Configure IBP components including DP, SP, S&OP/Control Tower, and Demand Sensing.
• Build planning areas, time/profile configurations, key figures, and planning operators.
• Design statistical forecasting models and build supply heuristics with constraints and pegging logic.
• Define and run S&OP cycles covering consensus demand and scenario planning.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, hypercare, and ongoing support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in SAP planning, with 5+ years hands-on in SAP IBP DP & SP.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle IBP implementations (design through deployment).
• Strong configuration skills: planning areas, key figures, time series/attribute modeling, operators, and copy/snapshot.
• Expertise in forecasting (ARIMA, Croston, exponential smoothing), demand sensing, and supply heuristics.
• Experience integrating IBP with S/4HANA/ECC, CPI-DS/CI-DS, SDI, and BW/4HANA.
• Proficiency with Excel UI, Fiori, analytics, alerts, and Control Tower.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
