Description

You will configure, troubleshoot, and support SAP Incentive & Commission Management (ICM) systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure remuneration and settlement type determination logic.
• Debug ABAP code and analyze calculation procedures and condition records.
• Manage integration between SAP ICM, FI/CO, and external financial systems.
• Handle IDocs, RFC, OData, and Web Services for data exchange.
• Conduct functional testing and provide production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP ICM configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP debugging and code reading.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO integration.
• Knowledge of IDocs, RFC, OData, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
