Description

• Leading the technical configuration and customization of SAP IDM workflows to ensure seamless user lifecycle management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IDM with various target systems such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Active Directory, and third-party cloud applications.
• Designing and documenting complex provisioning and de-provisioning processes that align with organizational security policies and compliance standards.
• Performing deep-dive troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of existing IDM landscapes to resolve critical system issues.
• Conducting technical workshops and providing expert guidance to stakeholders regarding identity governance, role-based access control, and self-service portal functionality.
• Ensuring comprehensive documentation of all custom developments, technical designs, and transition manuals for ongoing support and operational sustainability.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP IDM implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript and SQL, which are essential for developing complex workflow tasks and data manipulation within the SAP IDM environment.
• Solid understanding of identity governance, compliance frameworks, and security best practices including RBAC and ABAC methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues related to connector frameworks, dispatchers, and task execution within SAP IDM.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions while collaborating with diverse teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred, along with relevant SAP certifications in Security or Identity Management
