Description

Lead inventory management functions for an Oil & Gas S/4HANA implementation.

Manage SAP IM/HPM Hydrocarbon Product Management, including extensions of material documents for multiple units of measure. Oversee two-step plant-to-plant transfers to ensure accurate profit and loss determination and automatic posting of differences. Operate the silo management system to handle physical inventories in tanks via tank dips in S/4HANA. Write functional specifications for interfaces and enhancements. Develop detailed designs and build documentation to guide ABAP developers through coding and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP IM/HPM Hydrocarbon Product Management and material document extensions.
• Oversee two-step plant-to-plant transfers and profit/loss determination.
• Operate silo management systems for physical inventory via tank dips.
• Write functional specifications for interfaces and enhancements.
• Develop detailed designs and documentation for ABAP development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional experience in Oil & Gas environments.
• Proven track record with 1-2 full SAP implementations.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA within SAP SD, MM, and IM modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA integrations with ETRM tools.
• Knowledge of high-level processes for SD, MM, and IM.
• Ability to work immediately without a ramp-up period.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM).
• Familiarity with IS-Oil structures.
