Description

You will lead SAP iMRO implementations and support for maintenance and repair operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP MRO (PM) module and related tools to meet business requirements.
• Analyze business needs and draft system requirements specifications.
• Run workshops and present briefs to stakeholders.
• Align system solutions to evolving business needs by building strong internal and external customer relationships.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams delivering solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP MRO and component repair.
• Functional or business MRO process knowledge covering aircraft maintenance and component repair.
• Proficiency with SAP MRO and PM.
• Proven team lead experience.
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Experience in a complex, multi-tasking setting.
