Description

You will lead SAP MRO implementations and drive system solutions for component repair.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP MRO (PM) module and associated tools based on specific business requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex system deployments and requirement gathering.
• Align system solutions with evolving business needs for aircraft maintenance and component repair.
• Draft system requirements specifications and present solution briefs to stakeholders.
• Run workshops and manage complex, multi-tasking work in a virtual environment.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in SAP MRO and Imro.
• Functional/business knowledge of MRO processes spanning aircraft maintenance and component repair.
• Experience leading or working within cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build internal and external customer relationships.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
