Description

Lead SAP iMRO implementation and functional execution for aircraft maintenance and component repair operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP MRO (PM) module and related tools to meet specific business requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive project delivery in a virtual environment.
• Analyze functional and business MRO processes for aircraft maintenance and component repair.
• Develop system requirements specifications and present briefs to stakeholders.
• Align system solutions to evolving business needs by building internal and external relationships.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP MRO and component repair.
• Functional expertise in MRO processes, specifically aircraft maintenance.
• Proficiency with SAP MRO and SAP PM.
• Demonstrated experience leading or working within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience drafting detailed system requirements specifications.
• Ability to run workshops and operate effectively in complex, virtual settings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.
