Description

You will lead technical integration projects within the HR People Culture domain, designing patterns and managing the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design functional and technical integration patterns and information models.
• Manage the full software development life cycle using agile methodologies.
• Implement integration methods including API and SFTP.
• Lead technical projects within a global organizational context.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration development and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of SAP CPI and SAP BTP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, and SQL (MySQL, TSQL).
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in global environments.
• Direct experience with systems in the HR People Culture area.
