Description

You will design, implement, and support complex integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SuccessFactors modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud for SuccessFactors and other products.
• Configure and extend standard iFlows, including defining custom iFlows, local and exception sub-processes, and exception handling.
• Conduct discovery meetings to identify current processes and future state requirements.
• Integrate with Global Benefits Vendors, Employee Central Core, Employee Central Payroll, and Global Benefits.
• Work with SuccessFactors APIs (SOAP and ODATA) and ensure robust integration with ERP and non-ERP systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and BTP.
• At least 2 full integration projects with SAP CPI.
• Experience with SuccessFactors module integration, including Employee Central and Payroll.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and extension needs.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP and ODATA APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Professional Services development.
• Full lifecycle implementation in SuccessFactors or two support engagements.
