Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading integration testing activities, validating SAP interfaces, coordinating with functional teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end business process validation during SAP transformation projects.
The candidate should have strong SAP functional knowledge and align with one of the following SAP process areas:
H2R (Hire to Retire)
R2R (Record to Report)
P2P (Procure to Pay)
A2Z (End-to-End / Cross-Functional SAP Processes)
Interface Testing Lead (where applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP integration testing activities for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
Develop and execute integration test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Coordinate with SAP functional teams, technical teams, business users, and external system teams.
Perform end-to-end validation of SAP business processes and interfaces.
Validate integrations between SAP and third-party systems using:
IDocs
APIs
RFC/BAPI
SAP PI/PO
SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite
Web Services
Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve interface defects.
Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar platforms.
Ensure data consistency and successful migration validation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Prepare testing status reports, defect metrics, and communicate progress to project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of SAP testing and integration experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
Proven experience as an SAP Integration Test Lead or SAP Test Lead.
Strong understanding of SAP functional processes in one or more areas:
H2R
R2R
P2P
A2Z / Cross-functional processes
Hands-on experience leading SAP integration testing activities.
Experience working with SAP interfaces and middleware components.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business process changes and integration impacts.
Experience creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
