Description

Design, develop, and implement SAP iRPA solutions to automate business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows for SAP modules, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline operations.
• Integrate iRPA solutions with technical teams to ensure seamless functionality.
• Maintain documentation of automation processes and train end-users.
• Support existing bots and implement RPA delivery best practices.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP Intelligent RPA and automation implementation.
• Strong background in SAP environments, including hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end RPA workflows.
• Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience in process assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Working knowledge of SAP and familiarity with SuccessFactors.
