Description

Lead SAP IS Retail SD (B2C) implementations with a focus on business process analysis and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business processes and design SAP solutions aligned with IS Retail best practices.
• Facilitate process design workshops, configure SAP environments, and lead customer demonstrations.
• Execute configuration, development, and testing cycles, including Fit-Gap analysis and functional specifications.
• Manage data migration, cutover activities, and provide Hypercare support post-deployment.
• Produce technical documentation, including configuration guides, test scenarios, and user manuals.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience as an SAP IS Retail Consultant.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
• Proven expertise with S/4 HANA versions 1809, 1909, 2020, 2021, or 2022.
• Strong capability in managing data migration and cutover processes.
• Hands-on experience with the SAP Activate Agile approach.
• Participation in 1-2 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA IS Retail implementations.
• Expertise in SAP IS Retail SD module and S/4 HANA architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business.
