Description

Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, module pools, and enhancements for SAP IS-U. Implement and support interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and ALE. Design and maintain forms with SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms. Perform performance tuning, debugging, and code optimization. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support S/4HANA initiatives using CDS Views, AMDP, and code pushdown techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core ABAP components including reports, ALV grids, and module pools.
• Implement interfaces and integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and ALE.
• Design and maintain user forms via SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• Optimize code performance through debugging and efficient data dictionary usage.
• Translate functional business requirements into robust technical ABAP solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Core ABAP development.
• Strong proficiency in OOABAP and Data Dictionary (DDIC).
• Hands-on experience with SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• Proven track record with BAPIs, RFCs, and IDocs.
• Experience with S/4HANA ABAP development, including CDS Views and AMDP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct exposure to SAP Utilities (IS-U) modules such as Billing, Device Management, FICA, and Customer Service.
• Experience with code pushdown techniques in S/4HANA environments.
