Description

You will manage SAP IS-U Billing implementations and support programs for North American utilities. You own the configuration and resolution of complex billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure billing master data and tariff structures for metered and unmetered installations.
• Integrate billing processes with Device Management, Finance, and SD modules.
• Manage invoice layouts and bill printing requirements.
• Analyze billing data to resolve process issues and support incidents.
• Collaborate with clients to refine data structures and identify process improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP IS-U Billing implementation and support.
• Deep functional knowledge of meter reading and meter data management.
• Expertise in scheduling and billing rates configuration.
• Experience in Electricity, Gas, or Water utility industries.
• Proven ability in defect analysis and resolving complex support incidents.
• Strong analytical skills focused on SAP IS-U data structures.
• Capability to work flexible hours to accommodate offshore overlaps.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
