Description

Own the functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing modules. Manage the meter-to-cash lifecycle, including billing schemas, rate modeling, and tariff structures for utilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional design documents and system configuration for billing processes.
• Handle billing master data, complex billing scenarios, RTP, TOU, budget billing, and batch jobs.
• Configure bill print using Print Workbench, Adobe Forms, or Smart Forms.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, developers, and device management for FICA integration.
• Participate in functional unit testing (FUT) and client discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing within the utilities domain (Electricity/Gas).
• Experience with 3-5 years of SAP functional consulting.
• Knowledge of billing schemas, rate modeling, and tariff structures.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and Fiori.
• Ability to debug OData and Web services.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Experience with device management integrations in utility environments.
