Lead the design and implementation of utility industry customer program lifecycle management within SAP S/4HANA environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement billing processes and customer program lifecycle management for the utility industry.
• Manage the integration of external prepayment solutions primarily with SAP FI-CA and billing modules.
• Lead customer workshops and document business process designs for S/4HANA implementations.
• Execute end-to-end project phases including gap analysis, configuration, build, testing, debugging, conversion, and cutover.
• Collaborate with technical developers and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of external solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-U.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven ability to write functional specifications and perform system configuration.
• Deep understanding of SAP FI-CA and billing integration.
• Experience in utility industry business process design.
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in SAP IS-U modules.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle support and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
