Description

You will manage SAP ISU Billing implementation and support programs for utility clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Set up billing master data and tariff structures for metered and unmetered installations.
• Integrate billing processes with Device Management, Finance, and SD modules.
• Configure billing rates, invoice layouts, and bill printing.
• Analyze SAP ISU data to resolve issues within the billing and invoicing lifecycle.
• Identify process improvement areas and suggest technical solutions to address business challenges.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP ISU Billing implementation and support.
• Direct experience with SAP ISU, SAP FI, and SAP Sales & Distribution.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of business functions including meter reading, meter data management, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Experience in North American utility industries such as Electricity, Gas, or Water.
• Strong analytical skills for defect analysis and support incident resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate offshore overlaps.
