Description
You will manage functional requirements and process mapping within the SAP ISU Customer Service and Customer Engagement modules.
Responsibilities
- Map business requirements to existing SAP ISU processes.
- Document functional specifications following business requirement assessments.
- Support SAP ISU upgrades and system patches.
- Execute regression testing to ensure stability prior to production releases.
- Perform advanced requirements analysis and definition.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ISU - Customer Service (CS) and Customer Engagement (CE).
- Proficiency in SAP ISU functional processes.
- Advanced skills in Requirements Analysis.
- Advanced skills in Requirements Definition.
- Strong testing capabilities for regression testing.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
