Description

Lead end-to-end SAP program lifecycles from roadmap definition to rapid deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build project roadmaps and organize assessments, due diligence, and transformation workshops.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs including requirement gathering, blueprinting, and design.
• Oversee configuration, functional testing, and test data setup to meet business needs.
• Coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore teams.
• Guide the SAP team through development, testing, and implementation of automated solutions.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands-on experience in SAP program management for large transformation programs.
• Experience in SAP CR&B implementation, specifically within ISU Billing, FI-CA, or Device Management modules.
• Experience in Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America.
• Ability to perform advanced Excel-based data analysis.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• PMP or comparable certification.
• ITIL knowledge for Service Delivery Management.

Preferred Skills

• S4 HANA, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach certification.
